In 2002, I adopted a holistic lifestyle approach to heal from a 15 year marriage that was marred with emotional, verbal and spiritual abuse.

Over the last 20 years I have sustained an intentional daily living practice that has helped me to heal, grow and to create a life of purpose.

I no longer carry the burden of shame, or judgment about myself nor do I see others through those types of limiting frames of references.

We need to become proactive in creating the life that we want following a divorce.

In order to attract new love into our lives, we must develop self confidence and clear communication skills.

These tools will support us to become the person who will attract the love we want in our life.

As a Relationship coach I work with professional women aged 35-50 who are divorced and seeking new love. I help them to rebuild their self-confidence and develop clear communication skills so they can articulate with clarity their values and desires in their new relationships.
